Captured on our journey home from a family holiday at Hafan y Môr, this image shows the mighty Tryfan standing tall over Llyn Ogwen in Eryri National Park. With the stile leading over the stone wall and the winding path ahead, it felt like a perfect snapshot of Welsh wilderness — raw, rugged, and timeless. We had chosen this destination on the way back, drawn by the promise of dramatic landscapes and a chance to stretch our legs. It didn’t disappoint. Sometimes the most intentional pauses still surprise you — and this moment, with the stillness of the water below and Tryfan towering above, is one we’ll always treasure.
