Taken just hours before our mountain walk beneath Tryfan, this scene offered a moment of coastal calm and beauty. Located on Ynys Llanddwyn off the coast of Anglesey, Tŵr Mawr Lighthouse stands quietly above the sea, watching the tides roll in and out. We made a deliberate detour here, wanting to see both the serene shores of North Wales and the rugged heights of Snowdonia in one unforgettable day. The winding path, the soft sea breeze, and the delicate wildflowers in bloom made this view feel almost magical — a peaceful contrast to the drama of the mountains later that afternoon.
