Taken around 7:30pm, in the final moments of a day well spent by the sea. We'd set out from our campsite in Dartmouth that morning in our campervan, aiming for Burgh Island, drawn by the charm (and quiet fame) of its sea tractor. After exploring the island and soaking up the sunshine on the beach, we paused here to watch the sea tractor make its first crossing of the evening. There was something beautifully nostalgic about it, a gentle hum over the tide, soft evening light, and that satisfying sense of being exactly where you’re meant to be.

Printed on Hahnemuhle German Etching (310 gsm).

The size of each print refers to the paper size, not the image area. Image is printed with a 10mm white border for handling and framing. All sizes are unframed, allow for slight variations.
